Join Our Team as a Supervisor of Training Program Administration at Regions Hospital/RHSC! As the Supervisor of Training Program Administration, you will lead a dedicated team to support program coordination for students, residents, and fellows. Your role will involve approving systems access, managing payroll, and ensuring team members have the tools, resources, and ongoing development opportunities to excel. You will work closely with leaders from the Office of Health Professional Education, education program leaders and coordinators, clinical departments, Human Resources, Information Security & Technology, and partner training programs and institutions The Supervisor, Training Program Administration is responsible for:
Work schedule: FTE 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly), Day Shift, Monday-Friday 8a:00 am-4:30 pm Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or applicable experience to equal 6 years. Experience: Five or more years in medical, recruitment or administrative area. Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: None Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience supporting graduate health professional education and/or operations preferred. Previous leadership experience preferred.
