What Our Executive Assistant's Enjoy Most About the Role

  • Managing the EVP's calendar, communications and confidential information to keep priorities on track and operations running smoothly.
  • Preparing for executive travel, events and speaking engagements by gathering key materials and contributing to presentations and messaging.
  • Crafting polished reports, summaries and documents using advanced tools and integrated tech platforms.
  • Planning and executing high-level meetings and events, including logistics, attendee communication and on-site coordination.
  • Serving as a trusted problem-solver and resource by anticipating needs, offering thoughtful solutions and supporting a collaborative customer-focused environment.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment, five days in office.

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Five or more years of executive-level administrative support experience required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word.
    • Experience using tools like Visio, Concur, Ariba and Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and professionally across all levels.
    • Highly organized and adaptable - comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
    • Trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
    • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Knowledgeable about general office procedures, standard equipment and administrative best practices.
    • Skilled at maintaining meticulous records, managing budgets and aligning work with executive priorities.
    • Able to understand personal boundaries and adapt to the executive's unique work style.
