About the Role:

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for performing activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management. This position functions as an integral part of the Corporate Finance team working toward the achievement of department and company goals.



Responsibilities

    Treasury Management
    • Manage company cash processes and functions
    • Review and approve weekly regional accounts payable requests
    • Prepare and track short-term company cash forecasting
    • Maintain relationships with bank and investment partners
    • Identify process improvement and cost efficiency opportunities - including partnering with IT for technology solutions
    • Coordinate construction equipment financing with lenders
    • Maintain documentation related to all company bank accounts
    • Daily preparation of bank reconciliation packages
  • Reporting
    • Preparation of weekly financial reports for senior management
    • Weekly rolling cash forecast
    • Reporting on key financial metrics
    • Additional ad hoc reporting requests


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Knowledge of the principles of cash management and treasury activity in a corporate environment
  • Familiar with bank and lending agreements
  • Thorough working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Oracle preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
