Job Description: Summary Barr is looking for additional project management support for environmental review projects. The person in this position will assist with managing state permitting and federal environmental review opportunities across the United States, with an emphasis on transportation, renewable energy, minerals extraction, and natural resource management services in the Intermountain West. Tasks will likely include:
A successful person in this role is intrinsically motivated and emphasizes client service. They enjoy working independently and as part of a team, using their project management expertise and technical ability for a variety of projects. They are flexible in working with their project teams and are willing to occasionally modify schedules to meet project deadlines and/or client needs. Note: Some work locations may feature rough terrain typical of construction sites and may also require entering and working in facilities that include limited accessibility, moving machinery, and other conditions typical of industrial facilities. Safety training will be provided. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered for this position. A hybrid arrangement refers to splitting time worked between a Barr office and a home office. This position can be based out of Barr's Albuquerque or Farmington, New Mexico; or Durango or Pagosa Springs, Colorado, offices. Hybrid arrangements will be considered based on candidate qualifications, location requirements, and Barr's needs. Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000-125,000/year. This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
