Marketing & Communications Coordinator (Hybrid)

Full-time,Austin, Texas, United States

You will be part of a team charged with creating and executing activities in alignment with our marketing and communication strategy. This includes managing and/or promoting branding, marketing guidelines, and media strategy; increasing awareness of BCD Travel, its services, and products; and driving retention and growth through platforms, channels, and content that engage and inspire audiences.

As aMarketing & Communications Coordinator, you will



  • Update and maintain internal website content and assist withbasic content creation
  • Maintain communication calendar and ensure timely delivery announcements
  • Produce engaging internal content across multiple channels (e.g., Slack, intranet, email, etc.) to boost awareness
  • Create simple graphics and visual aids to support key messages and enhance audience engagement
  • Track basic metrics to evaluate communication impact across business areas
  • Coordinate and analyze traveler sentiment surveys to measure program satisfaction and track experience trends in business travel



About you



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic computer proficiency (iWork)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple small projects
  • Enthusiasm for learning communications best practices
  • Adept at building corporate business partnerships and collaborating with internal team members

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Marketing & Communications Coordinator is between $55,00 and $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
