About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the roadmap and develop / maintain / and scale adoption of the mobile platform across the organization,

Own and lead the Low-Code Native Mobile App Development Platform, enabling internal teams to build and deploy high-quality native mobile apps for Android and iOS.

This platform is foundational to Blue Yonder's mobile strategy, providing low-code development tools, a dedicated mobile design system, and AI-driven capabilities to improve efficiency and scalability.

The Senior Product Manager will drive platform adoption, support mobile app teams, and define the long-term roadmap while working closely with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the Low-Code Mobile App Platform to improve development efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to balance technical scalability with business needs.
  • Define and maintain a support framework for mobile apps built on the platform, ensuring teams have the right tools and processes for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Adoption & Enablement

  • Drive organization-wide adoption, ensuring teams leverage the platform for mobile app development.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, working closely with developers, application teams, and leadership to refine platform capabilities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new platform features, including training, internal documentation, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, advocating for their needs while driving adoption and innovation.

Operational & Business Impact

  • Establish and monitor key success metrics, including platform adoption, developer efficiency, app performance, and user engagement.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce mobile app development time and improve platform scalability.
  • Define the technical investment roadmap, prioritizing scalability, security, and performance improvements.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 12 months, the platform sees increased adoption across internal teams, reducing development time and improving app performance.
  • Teams successfully leverage the design system and low-code tools to deploy mobile apps faster with greater consistency.
  • A clear support framework is in place, ensuring streamlined app maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Min 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in platform, developer tools, or mobile ecosystems.
  • Proven experience driving adoption of internal platforms and enabling development teams.
  • Strong background in Agile product management, working with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, mobile development frameworks, and enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with short-term execution, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.

The salary range for this position is: USD $127,824.00 - $163,976.90

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
