Industry Solutions & Services Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Detroit, MI): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Industry Solutions & Services Senior Manager in Detroit, MI, and the job duties are as follows:

• Manage testing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develop or update testing plans for complex technology development projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, and staffing.
• Manage testing equipment and overall testing methodology.
• Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering testing solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
• Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and create solutions for implementation by the team.
• Supervise a team to create test cases, test plan and execute testing activities for complex systems.
• Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and system risk and mitigation reporting) for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
• Continue to improve and innovate testing methodology, tools and approach.
• Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 8 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in the IT industry.

Must have 8 years of experience in each of the following:

• Leading connected mobility service architecture and design;
• Performing system integration, and user acceptance testing;
• Managing development issues using JIRA or ServiceNow to track issue resolutions;
• Leading connected mobility program launch;
• Performing telematic program process improvements; and
• Driving architectural and design decisions, using JIRA or ServiceNow to track issue resolutions and problem management in the engineering life cycle in Connected Vehicle domain.

Must have 7 years of experience in each of the following:

• Leading test and validation programs;
• Conducting or leading testing, including HMI, Feature, System, Bluetooth, Cellular, Telematics, Infotainment, or Component communication; and
• Providing test automation solutions to the client within the connected mobility domain.

Must have 5 years of experience leading RFPs in collaboration with different business units and teams.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
