General Purpose of the Job: This teammate is a vital partner in supporting the Benefits team by leveraging technology, including Workday, to manage data and reporting, and develop new analytics and solutions that optimize benefit strategies across the Village. You will lead the analysts team with providing detailed metrics on plan performance, eligibility and compliance. You will collaborate with partners in supporting benefit programs by owning benefits related technology, ensuring efficient reporting processes, and providing insights that drive data-informed decision-making. Salary/ Wage Range $75,200.00-$110,400.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
