Job Summary
B&A is looking for a Senior Automation Tester to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. We are seeking an experienced
Senior Automation Tester to lead and execute automation testing activities for
Navy ERP Central Component (ECC) systems. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of
Worksoft test suite,
SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), and experience utilizing
automation testing tools for both functional and performance testing. This role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate test events, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Perform functional and performance testing using automation testing tools on Navy ERP Central Component (ECC) systems.
Utilize Worksoft test suite and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) to automate and manage test execution processes.
Lead teams in planning and executing verification and validation methods.
Ensure bi-directional traceability of requirements to test cases and results.
Create and maintain test plans and conduct test design activities to generate test cases and procedures.
Execute integration, system, functional, performance, and acceptance testing.
Monitor and report on test activities, providing detailed progress updates and identifying any blockers.
Capture and analyze test data, generate test metrics, and compare results against acceptance criteria.
Prepare detailed test reports, presentations, and brief stakeholders on test outcomes and recommendations.
Identify and resolve test deficiencies in a timely and effective manner.
Education and Experience
- 5 years of experience.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
Required Skills
Expert knowledge of Navy ERP Central Component (ECC) for conducting automated functional and performance testing.
Expertise with Worksoft test suite for automation test execution.
Expert knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) for managing test activities.
Skilled in using automation testing tools to execute comprehensive test suites.
Ability to plan and execute verification and validation methods, ensuring thorough traceability of requirements.
Strong leadership skills to coordinate test events, monitor activities, track progress, and report results.
Skilled in creating detailed test plans, developing test cases, and executing test procedures.
Experience with integration, system, functional, performance, and acceptance testing.
Proficiency in capturing test data, generating metrics, and analyzing results against acceptance criteria.
Ability to prepare comprehensive test reports, create presentations, and provide clear assessments and recommendations.
