What You'll Do Join a dynamic team to assist customers in overcoming complex database management challenges. This role involves gathering internal and external database requirements, analyzing data and diagrams, and supporting the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of database change requests. Responsibilities include reviewing, recommending, and updating baseline schemas while providing infrastructure enhancement recommendations. Leverage expertise in database development and sustainment, dashboards, and performance/data trend analysis. Utilize customer service skills to manage expectations, define requirements, coordinate team tasks, and organize large datasets for integration into an enterprise database solution. Provide technical solutions for complex problems and offer on-the-job training to application POCs and database users. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. Standard support hours are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. This work may require support during weekends, holidays, or off-hours, as needed. Requirements
