We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a VAC Warehouse Associate. The hours for this position is Monday-Thursday 5:30am-6:30pm and Overtime every other Fridays, will have to work occasionally on the weekends and holidays. This position is at $19.00 per hour.

An entry-level position, primarily functioning as an assembly line worker. The role integrates itself into discrete parts of the VAC value add process as directed by the VAC Line Lead.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



  • Good hand and eye coordination.
  • Able to understand and follow instructions.
  • Able to keep and maintain distinct cadences that exist within an assembly style process.
  • Able to properly use light material handling equipment (pallet jacks, dollies).


Preferred Qualification and Skill:



  • English as either primary or secondary language.


Physical Demands and Work Environment:



  • Working within a cold chain environment, with 90% of the time within a 35-degree refrigerated work area and occasional exposure to -10 degree frozen.
  • Rapid, repetitive motions while standing.
  • Frequent lifting of 5-pound or less packages and infrequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
