Maintenance, Facilities & Reliability Manager (TPM Lead) - High-Volume Injection Molding & Automation Position Summary We are seeking a transformational leader to drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across our high-volume injection molding and automation facility. This role will stabilize plant infrastructure, deploy a robust TPM program (autonomous maintenance, focused improvement, early equipment management), and shift the organization from reactive to proactive maintenance. The ideal candidate will lead the Technical Services Team to deliver safety, quality, uptime, and cost-performance through data-driven problem solving and a people-first leadership approach. Key Responsibilities Lead the transformation of maintenance, facilities, and asset reliability to maximize up time, reduce cost, and extend asset life. Identify & create a critical tier asset list for priority of equipment and spare parts. Design and deploy a full TPM program (autonomous maintenance, focused improvement, and early equipment management) with 90%+ planned work, 98% asset availability, and 5-10% annual maintenance cost reductions. Establish and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs, leverage CMMS and reliability analytics to drive performance. Drive CMMS utilization, data integrity and KPI Metrics tracking (work orders, asset history, spare parts management, MTTR, MTBF, ETC.). Lead Scheduling & Planning functions, targeting 90%+ planned work and minimizing; partner with Operations/Engineering & Scheduling to optimize maintenance planning and reduce reactive maintenance. Assess and remediate aging infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, water, building and material handling systems for safe reliable operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to support new asset integration and reliability improvements. Develop a facilities improvement roadmap prioritizing safety, compliance, and operational continuity. Coach & develop the Technical Services Team, foster accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. Manage site contractors/vendors to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are upheld. Be available for on-call supportand on-site presence during critical operations or emergencies. Champion a culture of safety, ownership, and operational discipline. Required Qualifications Education:
