The Product Support Sales Rep - Petroleum actively seeks new customers and markets for petroleum product support opportunity. Influence the sale of parts and service from existing and prospective customers. Act as a consultant/advisor for the customer. What You Will Do in This Role: Establish a professional, positive working relationship with customers Maintain open communication, and working relationship, with Sales, Service and Parts personnel Actively seek new customers and markets for Product Support opportunity with the applicable market segment(s) Inspect and accurately prepare repair quotes and present to the customer Stay aware of current business status and changes in the assigned territory. Remain current on product knowledge, as well as competitive product lines Time management and customer call planning to include: objective of customer call, results, and required follow up Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
