Our award-winning platform seamlessly integrates operational and third-party risk management, operational resilience, business continuity, incident and crisis management, emergency management, and security and safety operations.The Product Site Reliability area is the escalation point into engineering and DevOps for customer support teams, and is responsible for monitoring & measuring our quality of service, and proactively exploring ways improve the reliability of our software platform. Job Description Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This is a remote position, based in the US East Coast timezone, to work with a global team. This role is the escalation point for our Customer Support teams, triaging and resolving problems and incidents across the entire technology stack.However it's not just reactive. The primary goal of the role is to be proactive in discovering issues before they become a problem, and developing ways to improve our services to prevent problems in the first place. The role is part of a global team, supporting our customers and environments around the globe, and therefore may require the occasional coordination meeting or escalation activities on the edge, or out of, standard business hours. Target Base Salary Range:$72,700 USD - $145,400 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
