Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The Director, ERP Solutions Architecture at Nidec MOEN is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the ERP blueprint and roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business goals. This role is responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to meet business needs.

The Director, ERP Solutions Architecture will work closely with stakeholders at all levels across the organization to understand business processes and design ERP solutions that align with organizational goals.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Mapping out ERP strategy, creating the roadmap in alignment with the businesses to ensure robust planning for migrations to target system. Analyze the specific business needs and requirements of the company Design and develop optimal ERP solutions to meet those needs Integrate the ERP system with other business software and systems Test the ERP system thoroughly to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness Coordinate with other IT professionals and software developers during the ERP implementation process Train company staff on how to use the ERP system Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the ERP system Regularly assess the ERP system and recommend upgrades or changes to improve its performance Document all aspects of the ERP system including its design, configuration, integration and usage Ensure the security and integrity of the ERP system Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, technologies, and best practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education and Qualification(s)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles.

Language(s) & level:

  • Fluent in English

REQUIRENMENTS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience as an ERP Solutions leader driving change and best practices in a global organization
  • Experience managing a solutions architecture team
  • Experience of or exposure to different ERP systems e.g. Oracle, SAP, Dynamics
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization.
  • Experience with data governance and management.
  • Understanding of IT security and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ERP Certification perferred
