Description Professional - Clinical Summary The Pharmacy Practice Resident II role is designed to transition graduates of a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency to specialized practice focused on a specific area of care. The resident will be trained to function as an independent practitioner and work closely within a multidisciplinary environment to promote the most appropriate and cost-effective patient care. Provides leadership in formulary decisions and holds an active role in educational and scholarly activities, including completion of a major product suited for publication.
