Description Professional - Clinical Summary The Pharmacy Practice Resident role is designed to develop skills for the resident to become competent in the providing of pharmaceutical care, education of patients and healthcare professionals and in the dissemination of accurate drug information. Responsibilities will include pharmacokinetic monitoring, responding to drug information requests, participating in mediation utilization evaluations and developing patient care plans.
