Overview The Contact Center Supervisor assists in management of the day-to-day operations of the Scheduling Center to provide quality, cost-effective operations while concurrently functioning as a staff member. Responsible for accurately screening and completion of callers' inquiries by telephone and electronic communications. Responsible for maintaining service levels, training of all staff, accurately documenting inquiries from patient and providers, scheduling and directing patients to appropriate providers, services or level of care. Provides information to patients to fully utilize and benefit from all of Carle services. Facilitates communication between self, team members/ leadership providers, and patients to ensure that needs of patient and service lines service are met. Qualifications Education: Completion of a Medical Terminology course within 6 Months Experience: Leadership; Customer services Responsibilities Able to perform all duties of a Scheduler I, II, III, and Lead. Serves in manager's absence and assists manager on short and long term projects. Must be able to properly manage time to meet the needs of: Administrative reporting Employee management Phone volume Work queues Must be able to work flexibly during peak times and be available during all business hours as needed. Facilitate call flow through multiple phone lines. Trains and orients new staff members. Review, evaluate, and coach employee performance on a routine basis. Must be able to hold critical conversations with employees, peers, and leaders. Possess advanced time management and follow-up skills. Able to be analytical, efficient, and thorough. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $25.12per hour - $41.95per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
