Position Summary In this highly visible grant funded role, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with internal candidates via the Steps for Success program. You will get to coach, recruit, interview, and select qualified internal candidates for positions. You will also develop and implement marketing strategies and act as the internal consultant to departments regarding staffing concerns, policies, and procedures. You will prepare metrics and reports for the department, as well as provide invaluable assistance to multiple NYU Langone Health departments to fill critical vacancies with internal talent. The salary range for the role is $86,190.32 - $112,951.35 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
