Our Company Adobe Design is seeking a senior experience designer on the Express business to craft strong user journeys, design and optimize compelling experiences that scale, and be a strategic partner with our Web acquisition team. We need someone who can roll up their sleeves and design outstanding, engaging web experiences that align key business goals with user needs. You'll develop deep partnerships with product managers, engineers, product design, and our design systems team to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, a passion for great user experience (and the UX Research that led there), and a proven track record working with cross-functional teams. Adobe Express makes design and content creation fast, fun, and streamlined for small and medium business owners, entrepreneurs, social media marketers, communicators, and side hustlers. The /express Growth Design team is dedicated to delivering thoughtfully crafted experiences that shape user behavior and strengthen users' success with content creation. You'll lead development and implementation of our acquisition strategy, deepening our relationship with customers when they first become aware of Express. What you'll doAs a senior UX designer, you'll own the evolution of the UI, UX, and functionality of the Express logged out web experience. Test your prototypes, capture insights, and integrate your findings into new iterations to help close product gaps and discover new areas ripe for experimentation and innovation. Approach problems holistically. Lead collaboration with cross-functional team members to define and lead growth strategy, requirements, ensure strong design processes. Refine visual standards, partner with systems teams to expand libraries of content blocks, and experiment with emerging web design trends. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $117,000 -- $227,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
