We're seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Inclusion & Diversity Operations team as well as the People Accessibility's global vendor program to deliver scalable, global solutions.

Details:

  • 6 Month W2 contract
  • Hybrid in Cupertino
  • The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35.00 - $39.00 per hour


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing project management support for key programs
  • Assisting business program managers with analysis and reporting
  • Interact and engage with global vendors
  • Managing administrative tasks such as inventory management, shipping program execution, vendor payments, and virtual event production on Webex



Key qualifications include:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Apple Numbers and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • The ability to work independently at a remote warehouse on occasion
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with procurement, business operations, finance, and program managers.



The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35.00 - $39.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
