We're seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Inclusion & Diversity Operations team as well as the People Accessibility's global vendor program to deliver scalable, global solutions. Details: 6 Month W2 contract Hybrid in Cupertino The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35.00 - $39.00 per hour Key responsibilities include: Providing project management support for key programs Assisting business program managers with analysis and reporting Interact and engage with global vendors Managing administrative tasks such as inventory management, shipping program execution, vendor payments, and virtual event production on Webex Key qualifications include: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights Proficiency in Apple Numbers and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail Ability to lift 25 pounds The ability to work independently at a remote warehouse on occasion Cross-functional collaboration experience with procurement, business operations, finance, and program managers. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35.00 - $39.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
