Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Fremont, CA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
  • Conducts technical tests and experiments to support process engineering within R&D.
  • Sets up processing equipment and ensures proper operation.
  • Monitors, audits, and provides guidance to line operators.
  • Processes test runs and compiles records, charts, and graphs for presentation to engineering teams, aiding in the identification of yield issues or the testing of new products.
  • Provides technical support to process development and engineering personnel.
Here's what you will receive:
Pay: $37.14/hour (includes shift differential)
Duration : 2-year contract with a possibility to convert to full time based on business needs and performance
Schedule: Swing Shift
Hours: 12pm-9pm, 1pm-10pm, 2pm-11pm, Mon-Fri
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • More than 3 years of experience as a Process Technician Experience with Metrology such as CD - SEM
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Operate computer interface and navigate diagnostic software
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Effectively read, write, and communicate with others in English
  • Ability to work shifts in a clean room environment wearing PPE (bunny suit, safety glasses, masks, shields, gloves, safety footwear) if needed
  • Preferred cleanroom or general lab experience related to the semiconductor industry, plasma or wet etching
  • Preferred experience with thin film/semiconductor sample preparation, SEM imaging, and microscopy work
  • A genuine interest in advanced technology and an ongoing desire to learn consistently demonstrates the ability to be flexible and responsive to changing priorities (ex., rework, overtime)
