Medica is a non-profit health insurance company headquartered in Minnetonka with offices in Madison and Omaha. The company is active across the heart of America and provides healthcare coverage in multiple markets. Medica is engaged in our communities through the charitable grant-making work of the Medica Foundation and active employee giving and volunteer programs. Medica will host a 12-week, paid Internship Program. Interns will have the opportunity to network within Medica and with other Interns through weekly Lunch-and-Learns and opportunities to hear from Executives. We strive to offer a well-rounded education of the inner workings of a health plan. About Us: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Job Description: As an HR Intern, you will support our HR department in day-to-day operations and assist in various projects aimed at supporting our 2025 department goals and improving the employee experience. This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work from the Minnetonka office, on average, 2+ times per week.
