Your Impact

As the Senior Director of Campus Networking and Security Software Solutions, you will lead the charge in shaping and driving our Enterprise Switching software strategy. Your focus will be on integrating robust security capabilities into the network and using artificial intelligence as a foundational technology to deliver distinctive customer outcomes. A key aspect of your role will involve harnessing the potential of Cisco's Silicon One technology to enhance end-to-end customer solutions. This pivotal role demands driving innovation and innovative thinking, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering collaboration across business units and organizational silos. You will play a crucial role in supporting superior end-to-end customer outcomes, and driving transformative change within Cisco.

• Lead innovation by crafting and driving a visionary product strategy that challenges industry norms.
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance comprehensive customer experiences, ensuring solutions meet dynamic client needs.
• Lead the integration and promotion of emerging security approaches, such as Universal Zero Trust Network Access (UZTNA), to tackle evolving security challenges.
• Drive initiatives around traditional software-defined architectures, emphasizing segmentation and secure network design to safeguard enterprise environments.
• Act as a strategic business leader and change agent, nurturing a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Leverage Cisco's Silicon One technology to create differentiated, high-performance networking solutions that drive superior customer outcomes.
• Develop and implement product strategies that align data center and campus customer experiences.
• Facilitate effective collaboration across business units and silos to ensure cohesive product development and market strategies.
• Inspire and lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of creativity, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and uncover exciting business opportunities.
• Partner with multi-functional peers to guide the transition towards SaaS delivered management models within the IOS XE platform to demonstrate the broader Cisco ecosystem and product portfolio.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and team members, positioning IOS XE as a leader with vision and innovator.

You will collaborate closely with the VP of Product Management for Enterprise Switching and work alongside diverse teams across Cisco's business units. Your role will involve significant multi-functional collaboration to ensure the development of innovative, customer-focused product strategies.

You are a visionary and dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving innovation and change within the networking, security, cloud, and SaaS domains. You possess deep technical and intuition for business, strategic leadership skills, and a passion for building and leading hard-working, innovative teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise product management and a background in management, providing leadership of product managers.
• Demonstrable experience with campus networking and switching technologies.
• Proven expertise in the cybersecurity landscape, threat trends, and security technologies, including network, endpoint, and cloud-delivered enforcement capabilities.
• You hold a Bachelor's Degree (technical preferred), with a Master's or MBA being a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters' degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional Product Management leadership skills with the courage to make bold decisions and expertise in enhancing customer experiences and building strong relationships through innovative solutions.
• Strong strategic business insight with a focus on data-driven decision-making and understanding of financial indicators.
