On the Neuroscience unit, we provide specialized care for patients with complex neurological conditions, including hemorrhagic bleeds, ischemic strokes, neurosurgical cases (such as craniotomy and spinal procedures), and seizure disorders. This unit offers a unique focus on EMU (Epilepsy Monitoring Unit) patients who stay for continuous EEG monitoring to evaluate and manage seizures. During this period, patients are closely monitored by EEG technicians and the Neurology team as they undergo seizure evaluation, helping to identify seizure types and origins for targeted treatment strategies. If you're passionate about neuroscience and looking for a challenging and rewarding environment, we invite you to apply and make a difference in our patients' lives.
