Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description:
With your inventory planning and analysis background, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Telecommunication Group inventory management process aligning with our third partner distributor and manufacturer partners to grow our Indirect Fulfillment program ('iFill').
You will work with Telecommunication sellers to confirm opportunities, create forecasts, and meet channel reporting KPIs/metrics.
These metrics will be shared with our distributor and manufacturer partners for shared accountability.
Your work will help maintain Telecommunication's leadership position by anticipating business customer needs and shaping our future offerings to meet them.
- Generate inventory forecast guidance for distributor and manufacturer partners based on Telecommunication sales needs.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports for distributor and manufacturer partners to track against the forecasts provided.
- Help with SKU enablement and POS platforms Host weekly meetings with distributor and/or OEM partners to maintain inventory supply.
- Manage the internal support Slack channel for customer issues and other sales related inquiries.
- Execute regular updates on internal sales support collateral and reference documents.
- Daily order monitoring and management of funnel opportunities.
- Perform analysis of launched products data and lead executive reporting development.
- Support the team with ad hoc, sales data, analysis, executive summaries, and forecast reports
- Support promotional activities by managing the entry into the billing database. Work closely with the promo team and finance to ensure accurate OEM billing.
- Candidate will also be responsible for assisting and responding to sales teams, channel partners, internal sales, and cross-functional workgroups.
- Candidate to maintain all aspects of training materials, OSTs, enrollment flyers, etc.
- This position will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational issues that may arise.
Desired Skills:
- Telecommunication Experience preferred.
- Hybrid work required (2x/week in Basking Ridge, NJ)
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Excellent written communication, and diligent responsiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated excellent presentation and communications skills; capability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value.
- Ability to have high-level discussions with sales management to resolve business drivers and how enablement programs can assist in achieving these needs.
- Experience leading a broadly defined project, involving people or other resources from multiple sites and multiple, unrelated disciplines.
