Position Summary: The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM platform. This professional has a thorough understanding of the architecture and configuration of workflows to ensure the system is configured to optimize user experience and efficiency. The CRM Administrator collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system functionality, data integrity, and user support. This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity under the work from home guidelines two days in the office three days WFH per week upon completion of onboarding. Essential Functions:
