The National Marketing Manager, Human Capital Management, is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with the priorities of the Human Capital Management service line within CBIZ's Benefits & Insurance division. This role works closely with service, region, and industry marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective campaigns, and alignment with CBIZ's overarching goals to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and revenue growth.
This role reports to the B&I Marketing Business Partner with a dotted line reporting into the National Human Capital Management Leader.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
*Develop and execute a marketing and communications plan tailored to Human Capital Management's strategic priorities.
*Align marketing initiatives with enterprise-wide CBIZ campaigns and the broader B&I strategy.
*Partner with service line leadership to identify and prioritize key growth opportunities.
Collaboration and Coordination:
*Partner with marketing teams across services, regions, and industries to ensure cohesive efforts.
*Serve as a liaison between the service line and the broader marketing organization to align priorities and share best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service line leaders, industry partners, and clients.
*Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Team Leadership and Development:
*Lead, mentor, and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven environment.
*Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure team success and professional growth.
Qualifications Required
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
* 7 years experience in public accounting or related field
* 5 years supervisory
* Must have and preserve required licenses
* Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
* Proficient use of applicable technology
* Must be able to travel based on business needs
