Business Systems Analyst - III Category: Telecom Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-383975 This BSA will work in a National Deployment team in the Access Network organization on the Process & Systems Readiness team. The Business Analyst will support Deployment Tools' enhancements for Scopeworker, Talon, and any additional deployment tools assigned. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, documentation, testing, training, and user support of enhancements. Resources are needed to support new projects and automation improvements for Network Build initiatives. Experience Required: At least 5 years relevant experience with telecom deployments Key Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as system administrator for Scopeworker and/or Talon environments. Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. Work independently with user community to define and document functional and technical requirements. Assess impact of new requirements on deployment tools and other technical systems. Liaise between business units and technical IT team. Partner with IT development teams to review requirements, answer questions, and test solutions. Analyze potential solutions and recommend improvements. Define acceptance criteria, create test cases, lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate developed software. Provide user support, respond to user tickets, and provide user training. Develop training materials, document process updates, and assist with stakeholder adoption. Estimated Min Rate: $60.00 Estimated Max Rate: $70.00 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
