Job Summary:
We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our senior community safe and well-maintained. You'll handle repairs, troubleshoot systems, and ensure the property meets safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Complete repairs and service requests in units and common areas.

• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Respond to emergency maintenance issues, including on-call duties.

• Work with vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in apartments or similar settings.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various conditions.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
