As a Security Officer - Government Facility in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

Our unarmed officers are committed to maintaining a secure environment within government facilities. With over two years of experience, you will conduct routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. Your role involves engaging with the community, addressing concerns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
