Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TalkDesk Voice TalkDesk eService TalkDesk API and TalkDesk. Experience in Warehouse Management and Customer Experience domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of TalkDesk solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of TalkDesk Voice eService and API functionalities within existing systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in TalkDesk to optimize customer service operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and functionality of TalkDesk solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for TalkDesk configurations and integrations.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to TalkDesk implementations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on TalkDesk functionalities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure that TalkDesk solutions align with the companys overall technology strategy.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in TalkDesk and related technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience through innovative TalkDesk solutions.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with TalkDesk Voice TalkDesk eService TalkDesk API and TalkDesk.
  • Should have a strong understanding of Warehouse Management and Customer Experience domains.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have a proven track record of successful TalkDesk implementations.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
