Position Description

The Key Account Manager III (KAM III) is responsible for managing relationships with colocation customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The Key Account Manager II will have additional focus on strategic account growth and more complex customer interactions. This role requires the ability to manage larger, more strategic colocation accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key colocation customers with increased revenue potential.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in responding to customer requirements and escalations.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify business expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior Account Managers.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in account management, sales, or related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex customer interactions and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical product information.

Estimated Base Salary Range: $131,789 - $184,834

The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, and location.
