Staffmark is
looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our success-driven team in Brea, CA. If you are passionate about customer service and eager to grow your career in the automotive industry, this opportunity is for you!

Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Shift Details: Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Job Details:



  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails from automotive dealerships and independent service centers, providing support for warranty, sales, and service inquiries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipping, billing, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Ensure timely processing of product deliveries and returns.



What You Bring to the Table:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service or office experience
  • Interest in gaining more knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Up to 10 lbs
