Staffmark is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our success-driven team in Brea, CA. Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Shift Details: Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Essential Job Details: Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails from automotive dealerships and independent service centers, providing support for warranty, sales, and service inquiries. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipping, billing, and delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and deliver customer-focused solutions. Ensure timely processing of product deliveries and returns.
