NorthEast Electrical is seeking a Part-time, Receptionist for our Brockton, MA location. Specific Responsibilities: "Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner." "Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls." "Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable." "Provide accurate and timely information to clients and visitors." "Sort and distribute mail and deliveries." "Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and mailings "Maintain accurate records and databases." Skills & Qualifications: "Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential." "Strong organizational and time management skills are required." "Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must." "High school diploma or equivalent required; some experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred."
