Order Management Associate II
The Order Management Associate II is responsible for processing orders in a timely and accurate manner, setting up new customers, and setting up EDI trading partner information. This role will assist departments such as Planning, Customer Service and Transportation with focus on servicing the customer.
Essential Functions
- Process all orders in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all exceptions for EDI orders are handled outside the automated process. Validate and resolve any issues that arise for all orders processes which include EDI, Uploading orders and manual entry.
- EDI - check for order error's (pricing issues, UOM issues, Terms issues) and resolve them or contact the sales person for assistance
- Resolve any orders in the error table
- Resolve any skipped orders - enter new address(s) into system
- Setup cross reference information
- Break down multi-truck orders
- Ensuring any orders that will be co-packed are ran through as drop ship orders and processes are ran accordingly
- Assist in setting up new customers to ensure New Customer projects are completed timely. If these new customer will be ordering through EDI, they will also need to have trading partner and cross reference information set up.
- Support for running various reports and resolving issues on a regular basis or sending them to the appropriate parties for resolution.
- Pull and resolve all orders that have not progressed to an awaiting shipping status
- Pull and resolve all orders that are awaiting invoice interface but have holds or pricing issues
- Pull the partial pallet report send to appropriate parties for resolution
- Pull picked status report and send to appropriate plants for closure
