As a Material Handler or Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting both product handling and site maintenance operations. Work Schedule: 12 Hour Rotating Shift (Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays)

Pay Range: $22.50-$24.50 with opportunity for advancement

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Warehouse Associate:

  • Safely and efficiently operates process equipment converting customer product into Bulk and 50 lb. bags, also will be using sit down fork truck for transporting material.
  • Become familiar with entire packaging process (Equipment names, descriptions, etc.)
  • Learn how to troubleshoot equipment and situations in the packing process
  • Safely loads product onto different containers or trailers while ensuring product securement
  • Performs a quality control verification by testing samples in the unit lab
  • Complete paperwork and labels with 100% accuracy
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment at all times
  • Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job


Building and Facilities Maintenance Technician:

  • Performs minor building and facilities repairs (toilet flush kits, light bulb changes, ceiling tile replacement, office moves and/or assembling furniture, hanging shelves, etc.)
  • Sets up/tears down meeting spaces for special events.
  • Maintains seasonal equipment and managing rock salt inventories.
  • Manages site records retention requirements.
  • Rebuilds small air driven pumps to maintain site inventory.
  • Performs safety attendant duties for other trades on site (elevated work, CSE, hot work, etc.)
  • Trains and performs duties of Stores Clerk and Tool Room attendant in back-up capacity as needed.
  • Completes building safety inspections on a regular basis.
  • Operate an aerial lift such as a JLG, scissor lit, etc. and other small machinery.
  • Operate a sit down and stand-up forklift.
  • Completes any other duties assigned.


Job Qualifications:

  • Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available
  • May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
  • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
  • Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
  • Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
