Our National Advisory Service Offerings include Public Company Readiness, Risk Advisory, Valuation, Private Equity Advisory, Forensic Accounting, and Corporate Recovery. Essential Functions & Primary Duties The Accounting and Law Firm Alliance Partner Channel Senior Manager will lead the development and implementation of a wholistic go to market strategy, and the overall management and execution of such strategies for our National Advisory Services practice. Priority referral channels include Big 4 Audit/Tax and Advisory Teams, top 50 Law Firms, and other proven referral sources that have the potential to scale, nationally. This position requires candidates to have delivered advisory or accounting services to clients and an understanding of how to develop and optimize professional services relationships with these types of channel partners.
The success of the Alliance Partner Channel Senior Manager is dependent upon their ability to generate trust with the Managing Directors and Directors within Advisory, so as to introduce their relationships to the Channel Senior Manager. Furthermore, it requires very strong project management and communication skills (verbal and written). There will also be an element of developing, driving and communicating relevant metrics. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, service line, and go to market challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally. Strategic Program Plan Development
- Survey existing leaders and develop matrix of relationships and revenues from existing individual MD/Director referral sources.
- With leaders, develop a prioritized go to market plan designed to amplify the number of referrals coming in from Big 4 and Top 50 Law Firms and also increase revenue velocity.
- Plan should include:
- Relationship prioritizing and "spidering"
- Digital communication
- Webinars
- Local and National in person networking events
- Reporting
- Revenue targets
- Tech and marketing tools, including jointly branded collateral, if appropriate
Strategic Program Activation
- Collaborate closely with alliance partner channel leadership, alliance partner channel success teams, and the broader alliance partner firms to implement the plan.
- Coordinate with respective alliance partner channel leaders to enhance joint-enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with, and drive, marketing team and service line leaders to maximize the effectiveness of the alliance partner channel, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Governance & Reporting
- Develop and implement specific partner marketing tactics that align with business and alliance partner objectives; make it easy for the service delivery professional.
- Collaborate with Advisory Marketing Director to execute, and measure, the success of joint demand generation campaigns with alliance partners across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, events, and content marketing.
- Build and manage internal, and highly targeted, educational content (webinars, case studies, testimonials, etc.) that enables cross-serving and wallet expansion.
- Track and evaluate overall performance against lead targets and other objectives vis a vis a sales funnel reporting mechanism and utilize data to continually, provide course corrections and recommendations on tactics designed to drive revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years' experience working as an accounting and advisory professional service delivery professional with experience marketing and selling such services
- Strong internal/external consultative marketing approach to effectively engage with sales, alliances, strategic partners, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and mediation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interface with team members, office leadership, service line professionals and staff
- Creative, consultative, and solution-oriented
- Motivated, entrepreneurial, and independent mindset
- Proficient user of technology, including Microsoft Office, and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud and Pardot or other marketing automation platforms preferred.
- Business development experience helpful
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years experience in public accounting or related field
- 5 years supervisory
- Must have and preserve required licenses
- Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on business needs
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $120,000-$140,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
