SAP Functional & Integration Manager

This SAP Functional and Integration manager will be part of the Enterprise Applications team, working with key business leaders and IT team members (analysts, basis and developers) to drive change in enabling foundational capabilities in process and integration across systems to support our business and drive agility and productivity. The candidate must know how to leverage SAP to support best practices and have proven understanding of integration technologies to integrate systems within the company (EDI and others formats) and to external business partners. The Functional Integration manager will also work like an Enterprise Architect.

Responsibilities:

• Architect processes in the MM or SD/LE functional areas (depending on the expertise) and more importantly between systems across Excelitas and with its business partners to enable process automation and drive productivity;
• Lead and work with internal IT resources and/or external on implementations, enhancements and support for our ERP ECC 6.0 systems and S4 HANA system;
• Individually or as a functional manager, lead requirement gathering for any additional SAP SD/LE or MM functionality, and process change. Provide fit gap analysis and available options on solution;
• Capable of building and reviewing business and technical documentation to ensure test plans meet technical and business requirements;
• Working knowledge of project methodologies for managing large ERP projects for agility and compliance (i.e.; ASAP, SOLMAN);
• Support system changes through configuration and enhancement including provide Functional specification on ABAP program changes in the SD and LE area(all RICEF and performance enhancements);
• Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics Management;

• Demonstrate commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree is required with minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP implementations (and support), integration as an architect. Must have minimum 3+ years of experience of leading teams/projects and managing team members as a manager;
• Good understanding on SAP SD/LE or MM (procurement) modules;
• Very good understanding of various SAP system landscapes (SAP ECC and S/4 HANA);
• Solid understanding of business processes in and around all aspects of Sales and Distribution. Nice to have understanding of production, materials management and finance in manufacturing and Semiconductor industry environments;
• Very good understanding and working knowledge in integration of other core ERP modules like PP, FI/CO, and MM with SD. The candidate needs to have experience in both SAP ECC ERP 6.0. and SAP S4 HANA environments;
• Knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to travel 10% of the time (domestic and international);
• Flexibility in working to work closely with international teams in Europe and Asia in addition to North America in difference will be good (particularly during global projects);
• Legal authorization to work in the USA is required.
