Genesis10 is seeking an UX Architect - Intranet for a contract with our Fortune 5 client. This is a remote position that requires infrequent travel to Minnesota.


Job Description:

Our client is looking for a UX Content Strategist to join their People Listening and Experience Team. In this role, you'll craft content strategies-initially centered on Sparq and SharePoint-that align with employee needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empathize with employee users across roles, locations, languages, and job descriptions and apply research and analysis techniques to understand employee needs and concerns
  • Support the gathering and documenting of functional and non-functional requirements and turn these into content experiences
  • Produce instructional documents that clearly state the intent/goal of an enterprise employee content strategy and help stakeholder teams to understand the guardrails
  • Promote and apply content design practices that create efficient, usable, and satisfying product experiences
  • Evaluate and improve information architecture and content hierarchy to inform taxonomy and navigation menus on Sparq
  • Assess the performance of content and content expression by participating in testing such as helpfulness/usefulness measurements, usability testing, accessibility assessments, and other evaluations
  • Recommend solutions that span multiple channels or digital platforms to ensure alignment in language, style, tone, and brand
  • Conduct independent UX review, heuristic evaluations
  • Serve as a connection point with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners



Required Skills:

  • Deep experience in digital content strategy, including information architecture and governance (content lifecycle, approval workflows)
  • Proven expertise in designing websites using established design and content systems
  • Portfolio demonstrating measurable UX results and collaborative design processes, clearly highlighting your contributions and responsibilities
  • Experience applying user research insights and facilitating design thinking methodologies to drive product decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across design, product, technology, and marketing teams
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Architecture, Content Strategy, or UX Content Design
  • Experience with HR/people systems intranet projects
  • Someone who excels in both auditing processes and designing future-state information systems.



Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $50- $75
