The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Strategic Agreements Coordinator to support our Corporate Office in Orlando, FL.

The Strategic Agreements Coordinator will assist in strategic contracting, procurement, and teaming arrangements specifically in support of corporate business development initiatives. The candidate selected for this role will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Engagements.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares, reviews, facilitates and tracks all teaming and non-disclosure agreements to promote achievement of company and partner objectives for prospective work.
  • Drafts letters for the Bid and Proposal team, this may include but is not limited to Debrief Requests, Proposal Cover Letters, etc.
  • Responsible for contractual data entry in various Bid and Proposal systems and tracking mechanisms.
  • Facilitate all efforts associated with Freedom of Information Act requests (outgoing and incoming).
  • Execute strategic purchasing initiatives including assisting with the creation of procurement packages to ensure compliance with internal purchasing processes and the issuance of RFP/RFQs to vendors and/or subcontractors.
  • Assist with the extraction, track and facilitate to completion all contractual elements required during the Bid and Proposal phase.
  • Facilitate data calls to corporate Contracts team for RFP/pre-RFP requirements.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Support team by researching and advising on procurement specific federal regulations on an as needed basis.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant major from an accredited university.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management and customers.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

U.S. Citizenship is a prerequisite.
