Job Summary The Corporate Travel Coordinator is responsible for managing and organizing business travel arrangements for employees. This includes booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and handling any special requests for meetings or events. They ensure that travel plans are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company policies, while also addressing any travel-related issues or changes. The role requires strong attention to detail, as well as proficiency in travel management software and knowledge of the corporate travel industry. In addition to travel logistics, the Corporate Travel Coordinator serves as a point of contact for employees during their travels, providing support and resolving issues as they arise. They also work closely with vendors, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies, to negotiate the best rates and ensure that the company's travel budget is maintained. Key Responsibilities:

Work Environment: This position is located in a comfortable, indoor office environment. There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors, such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Note: Candidate must be available to work in Nights and weekends.
