Marketing Analytics Intern - 2025

Medpace Business Development and Marketing is seeking a full time, office-based Marketing & Sales Operations Intern to join our team. The Analytics team plays a key role in researching, analyzing and overseeing quality control of, market, customer and sales data. The internship will support data quality and lead generation activities essential to driving business opportunities.

Assist with lead generation by researching and qualifying high potential customers and contacts to drive opportunities and sales;
• Perform customer and contact data entry and quality control activities in the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database;
• Perform market and customer research in biopharmaceutical industry databases to identify business opportunities;
• Assist with pre- and post-conference planning and support; and
• Provide day-to-day project support activities and administrative duties.

• Pursuing Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field;
• Students with either Junior or Senior status at time of internship;
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask while efficiently completing high quality work;
• Strong analytical, database management, problem solving and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and
• Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and applications a plus.
