Coordinator, Research Compliance

Flexible work schedule Mon-Fri, as approved by supervisor.

Position will provide support in ensuring research activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and ethical practices. The role typically involves monitoring adherence to guidelines governing human subjects research, animal research, data privacy, conflict of interest, and safety protocols.

Providing support to the RGC Director and the Manager, Research Compliance in the areas of regulatory compliance, monitoring and auditing, education and training, reporting and documentation, policy development and implementation, and risk management.

This position will interact with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain compliance with federal regulatory requirements.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree with 1 year of related work in a research or compliance-related role, preferably within an academic institution, research organization, or healthcare setting.

Experience with research compliance activities, including working with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committees (IACUCs), and Human Subject Research is highly beneficial. Must have skills related to communication, time management, professionalism, and flexibility.
