Your Tasks:

This position drives the development and design of custom Service software systems. This role serves as the bridge between stakeholders and developers, ensuring that every project meets specifications and maintain the highest standards of quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Consult with and gather information from key users, and management, in functional Service areas to understand system requests. Include software bugs, change requests, and database opportunities.
  • Interpret requests and assesses the feasibility and how request will enhance reporting capabilities. Document and validate requirements using various tools and techniques. Turn requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct testing, evaluation, and training for continuous improvement and efficiency of the Custom Software for the Service organization. Translate business needs into technical specifications & ensures that project deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Present technically feasible requests to Global Service Leadership team and provides analysis on how enhancements improve KPI reporting capabilities.
  • Plan, conduct, and direct the implementation of database enhancements as aligned with Global Service Leadership team. Partner and collaborate with development teams.
  • Create training material for all users of the Custom Service Software.
  • Coordinate with functional key users to implement and train end users on approved enhancements.


Requirements:



  • This position requires a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or a master's degree and 3+ years of experience, or a PhD and no experience, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and tools (Claris, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SAP/CRM and SharePoint).
  • Experience with project management practices.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.


Knowledge:



  • Strong knowledge of requirement elicitation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of software lifecycle and development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Fundamental knowledge of service operations.


Skills:



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and requirement modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Abilities:



  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

The anticipated base salary range has been established at $118,200 - $159,900/year. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
