Job Purpose Opportunity to develop your operations skills by supporting the Herc Rentals ancillary revenue and operations teams. Participate in various projects including toll processing, customer damage claims, and ancillary product performance reporting, assist in building communications and training for product enhancements, take part in user acceptance testing, gain exposure of ongoing product initiatives, etc. What you will do... Learn about ancillary product offerings and how they impact company performance Learn how the products are built, maintained and charged in company's point of sale system Assist with processing of toll/violation invoicing for both rentals and owned vehicles Management of ancillary Salesforce inbox including training requests, product questions and reporting needs Contribute to the testing and assessment of various systems and enhancements Use SQL and Qlik to track performance trends and provide key insights to various stakeholders Assist with processing of customer related damage claims Support broader ancillary projects and other ad hoc requests Requirements Currently enrolled at a college or university and pursuing a bachelor's degree and are in your Junior or Senior year Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint Strong written and verbal communication Highly organized and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills Req #: 62371 Pay Range: tbd Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
