Customer Service Representative I

The Customer Service Representative position will promote and sell company brand in highly targeted verticals and provide customer service to existing and potential clients. This position will work closely with the Covius Print Ready Services team and management to engage with external customers via inbound and outbound call activities.

Essential Functions
* Provides the highest quality of service to all existing and potential customers via phone and email
* Provides timely and accurate information to incoming client order status and product knowledge requests
* Handles a variety of customer service issues and appropriately escalates to next level support as necessary
* Accurately records all pertinent customer and sales-related information, interactions and resolutions in the system of record (Salesforce.com)
* Works closely with management to complete required calling campaign activities
* Meets defined daily, weekly and monthly call activity goals
* Maintains consistent knowledge of product updates, pricing schedules and current sales promotions
* Performs other related duties as assigned

Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
* Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and track numerous tasks and deliverables
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Professional demeanor, including the ability to use tact and sound judgment when communicating with all levels of individuals within and outside of the organization
* Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a high standard for customer service excellence

Education
* High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience
* 2+ years of customer service experience (B2B preferred)
* 1+ years of sales experience preferred
* Ability to utilize general computer programs and websites

* Compensation: $16.08-$20.10/hour

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location.

Physical Demands and Activities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is frequently required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; frequently position self to maintain files; rarely moves boxes weighing up to 10 lbs. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
