SUMMARY

Accreditation Program Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of a nursing program to ensure it consistently meets the standards required for accreditation by governing bodies like the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). This role involves managing curriculum development, faculty performance, student outcomes assessment, compliance monitoring, and self-study report preparation to maintain accreditation status. Also, responsible for other projects or tasks assigned by nursing leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's Degree in Nursing

5 years bedside nurse

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all accreditation documentation is accurate and complies with the required standards.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with accrediting agencies, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop solutions to meet accreditation requirements.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to assess processes and make data-driven decisions to improve practices and compliance.
