Pay: $22.00/hr - $23.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements: CargoWise experience and a solid background in general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting are preferred. Knowledge of financial systems and accounting processes is essential, as is at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.

Job Duties:



  • Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Utilize check processing and electronic payments, including wire transfers
  • Audit employee expense reports for policy compliance before processing reimbursement requests
  • Accurately allocate specific expenses to the appropriate general ledger expense accounts
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Prepare monthly accruals
  • Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
  • Perform petty cash reconciliation
  • Validate supporting documentation
  • Handle vendor setup and maintenance

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
