Pay: $22.00/hr - $23.00/hr 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits: 401(k) and 401(k) matching Dental, Vision, and Health insurance Life and Disability insurance Employee assistance program Paid time off Requirements: CargoWise experience and a solid background in general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting are preferred. Knowledge of financial systems and accounting processes is essential, as is at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role. Job Duties: Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Utilize check processing and electronic payments, including wire transfers Audit employee expense reports for policy compliance before processing reimbursement requests Accurately allocate specific expenses to the appropriate general ledger expense accounts Reconcile general ledger accounts Prepare monthly accruals Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions Perform petty cash reconciliation Validate supporting documentation Handle vendor setup and maintenance We highly appreciate your skills and expertise and look forward to working together towards a greater goal.
