Institutional Advisor

Johnson Financial Group (JFG) is seeking an Institutional Advisor to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the execution of JFG Wealth institutional services, including cash management and services for government, health care, not-for-profit, and other businesses.
• Develop and execute an individual business plan to achieve new business development, client referral, and retention objectives.
• Lead and educate JFG and Wealth partners on institutional service capabilities and processes.
• Provide field support as a subject matter expert for prospecting targets and RFP responses.
• Identify, develop, and execute institutional marketing strategies, including target identification throughout JFG's client base and for new prospects.
• Assemble collaborative teams of specialists to deliver comprehensive advice and solutions spanning brokerage, mortgage, private and commercial banking.
• Actively manage inherent risks by adhering to internal policies and procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements, and exercising sound judgment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of institutional asset management experience whether part of your portfolio or your primary focus.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales, networking, negotiating, business acumen, and execution.
• Industry-specific professional certifications are a plus; CFA, CIMA, or other relevant certificates related to institutional services.
• Must have series 65 or be willing to obtain upon hire.
